By booking services, renting studio space, attending events, or using the website of Studio KT,  you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments

• A deposit or full payment may be required at booking.

• Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of service.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice for future bookings.

Session Policies

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session times.

• No-shows may forfeit payments.

• Clients are responsible for the behavior of minors and guests.

Studio Rentals & Events

• Renters are responsible for damages to equipment or property.

• Equipment usage may require approval or supervision.

• Events must comply with local laws and capacity limits.

Image Usage & Copyright

• Studio KT retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive usage rights as outlined in their contract or package.

• Images may be used by Studio KT for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Studio KT is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage beyond the scope of applicable law.
