Due to the nature of photography services, education, and event-based offerings, Studio KT maintains the following refund policy:

Photography Sessions

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session if rescheduled within [3] business days.

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Cancellations with less than [48] hours notice may forfeit payments.

Holiday & Seasonal Sessions

• Holiday sessions are non-refundable due to limited availability and high demand.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Studio & Gallery Rentals

• Rental cancellations must be made at least [3] days in advance for partial or full credit.

• No refunds for unused time or early departures.

Classes, Workshops & Events

• Refunds may be offered if cancellation occurs prior to the registration deadline.

• No refunds once a class or event has begun.

Add-On Services

• Hair, makeup, styling, and third-party services are non-refundable once booked.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be issued at management discretion in cases of emergencies or studio-related cancellations.
